All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another once your order has been shipped.
Note: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer worldwide shipping with tracking. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure complete discretion and privacy. There will be no mention of "lingerie" or "Orgenzo" on the outside of the package.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey. If you have not received your tracking info within 5 days of purchase, please email us at aminemch89@gmail.com.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:
